Our Mission is to empower young people, women and communities to reach their full potential through education, livelihood, agriculture, mentoring and support.

"My name is Ebanda Mialano. I am the Founder and CEO of Flying Dreams, established in 2024. I hold a degree in Rural Development with a focus on Social Organization, and I am certified in Permaculture and Mediation. Previously, I co-founded and managed YEDA/CBO as Project Manager. I specialize in designing regenerative landscapes that integrate food production, water management, and community spaces."
